Ruth L. Baum
Ruth L. Baum 1915 ~ 2009 Ruth Lillian Davis Featherstone Baum passed away May 6, 2009. She was born October 8, 1915 to Thomas Morgan and Lillian Bullough Davis. She married Herbert LeRoy Featherstone January 3, 1942; deceased. Later married Donald S. Baum, deceased. Ruth took loving care of her family -- especially her mentally handicapped son. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had a valiant testimony. She worked hard all of her life, was a wonderful mother and was a very talented seamstress. She is preceded in death by both of her spouses; son, William Lee Featherstone; granddaughter, JaCee Leigh Hathaway, granddaughter-in-law, Jackquline Hathaway; and sister, Thelma Lucille Peck. She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Jane Hathaway (Wendell); six grandchildren; 14 great-grand-children. Special thanks to Hospice for Utah for their immediate attention and care. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 8, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street, Murray, Utah. Friends and family may pay their respects from 10-11 prior to the service.
